Notification of acceptance and information regarding presentations will be forwarded to the presenting authors immediately after the reviewing process by e-mail (approximately in October 2016). If a paper is accepted, it is mandatory for the presenting author to attend the congress.

For a paper to be included in the final scientific program, it is mandatory for the presenting author to register for the congress and to settle payment as soon as the notification of paper acceptance is received and latest by Tuesday, January 31, 2017.

While the presenting author can choose the language used for presentation (English or Japanese), we strongly recommend presenting in English. The number of presentations in Japanese will be limited.

Accepted papers will be published as they have been received in the official congress abstract supplement.

The title and abstract of the abstract book will appear in English and Japanese. Writing in English is mandatory. If it is not possible to submit your title and abstract in Japanese, the 15th WCMT Organizing Committee will translate the title and abstract of your presentation into Japanese free of charge upon request.

If you do not request a Japanese translation and do not provide one, we will print your presentation only in English. All presentations must include an English title and abstract.
