Description

Mindfulness is a technique widespread in psychotherapy practice now. It has its root in Buddhist meditation and is significantly influenced by the philosophy and the method of Buddhism. On the other hand, RMT (Regulative Music Therapy) developed in East Germany in 1970s, led to mindfulness experience through music listening. This lecture with hands-on workshop will be a great opportunity to learn the basic theory and clinical adaptation.
